History of Organization

Turkey Electricity Authority dated  15.07.1970 numbered   1312 was established by law,has started its activity on 12.10.1970. Dated 11.09.1982, numbered  2705 was published in the Official Gazette numbered of 17809 with law  municipal,villages  and  associations  electricity services  were  transfered of our  company  with rights   and debt. Dated 23.02.1983, numbered 17968 published in the Official Newspaper with the regulation to be center of Istanbul, Edirne, Kirklareli, Tekirdag, Kocaeli and Sakarya provinces of £ 6.8 billion, including capital only Bogazici Electricity Distribution Organization as  responsible for    TEK limited  continued activities.

Dated  28.10.1983, numbered 18205 published in the Official Gazette numbered 110 with a 1312 decree abolished the law of the few single and Electricity Authority General Directorate of Turkey`s legal structure and the aims and activities re-arranged topics.

Dated 02.04.2004 and numbered 2004/22 of Privatization High Council Decision taken with the privatization scope and program partners that are dependent on Turkey Electricity Distribution Company`s Istanbul Anatolian Side Electricity Distribution Anonymous Company main contract, 4046`s Law No. 20 / A to is regulated pursuant to, corporate activities from the date of 01/01/2005 AYEDAS (Anatolian Side Electricity Distribution Company) is carried out under the name.
