Turkey  Electricity Distribution Company owned by Istanbul Anatolian Side Electricity Distribution Company at the rate of 100% stake in "block sales" in order to be privatized by tender was opened to ads placed from the date of August 17. 2010. The last date at  24.11.2010 ,11  tender have been proposed. As a result of the final bargaining meeting held on 7 December 2010 the highest bidder at a price of U.S. $ 1.813.000.000 is given by  MMEKA Machinery Import Export Corp. Following the Commission's evaluation of tender bids in the tender results will be presented on the agenda of the High Council of Privatization.
