Attention to Customers with Accumulated Debt Invoice

            Istanbul Anatolian Side Electricity Distribution Inc. (AYEDAŞ)  because of necessity we have increased the density of collecting our receivable in our scope of services area to provide uninterrupted and healthy electricity to our customers.

           In addition to our collection works on weekdays during workhours  every weekend we are realizing whole collecting work In scope of  different Business Directorate service area.

           Disconnecting the electricity of customers who have accumulated invoice debt with participation of 250 Collecting Team personnel and Company managers in organization.

          64.923  indebted subscriber controlled at whole collecting works of Üsküdar, Kadıköy, Ümraniye, Adalar, Vaniköy, Erenköy, Beykoz, Bostancı, Dudullu, Samandra, Şile, Kartal, Pendik, İçmeler and Kurtköy business directorate service area on weekend accumulated debt of 3.985 subscribers electricity disconnected because of electricity debt by special team.

      Illegal electricity usage controlled during the following-up collection stuff “Illegal/Unlawful Electricity Detection Official Report” prepared for 621 installation which detected usage of illegal electricity. During work,  8.636 installations are sealed.

 

       During realized whole collecting stuff on weekend,  cashiers are open at business directorate service point where stuff done.

       Indebted subscribers are notified by sending SMS, e-mail and “cutting-off notice” regularly.

        To supply uninterrupted and better service to all our customers; to realize our investment on time and quality of business care collectings must be on time. Also not to make aggrieved our customers paying bill on time offering great importance.
