QUALITY PROCESS

ISO 9002 Quality Assurance  System for the establishment of studies started in 1997 and  the  EN-ISO-9002 Quality Assurance Certificate were taken by the RWTÜV in 1999  After the preparatory work of the Quality System Certification .

Electricity distribution companies in the public sector and trade sector, the International Quality Certification of the first and only enterprise quality certification icluding General Directorate and 15  Business Authority.

The General Directorate has been restructured as a corporation as of 01.01.2005 upon which the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate on behalf of AYEDAŞ renewed.

Our company with  General  Directorate and 15 Business Authority for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate of Inspection, followed by continuous improvement of external and internal controls Once a year.

In 2009, the latest of the external control , Our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System  certificates period  extended  until 31.01.2012.
