AYEDAŞ Service Management Center Inaugurated with Ceremony

Providing Electricity distribution service including Call center and 8 projects to customers of AYEDAŞ ınaugurated with ceremony.

            Assist. General Manager of  TEDAŞ Ömer Sami YAPICI, Sales Director of SEDAŞ Yunus BEKİRCAN, 4. Transmission Plant and Business Group Manager of TEIAŞ İdris TEMİZ, Tes-İş İstanbul No 1 department Agents, Agents of institution and organization in Sultanbeyli and Sancaktepe and General Manager of AYEDAŞ Sami KOVANCI, Company Managers and personel participated the ceremony in Samandıra Business Directorate.

 

         General Manager of AYEDAŞ  Sami KOVANCI makes a speech; said started the Mobile Service period by working on for a long time and including Call Center, AYEDAŞ Service Management Center  as AYEDAŞ family.

            KOVANCI said put in commission with aim of making simpler the customers life by serving a high class and dynamic service, KOVANCI continues the speech as;

            “Every type of application received from the customers who reach us by calling 444 6 186 or sending e-mail to ayedas@ayedas.gov.tr

         General Manager of AYEDAŞ KOVANCI denoted, customers of AYEDAŞ’s applications finalized in short time without coming company through integrated Project system as Service Management Center includes Call Center, SCADA, CBS, Geographical info system based mobile team, OSOS, Document Following System, Maintenance  management system and digital Archieve projects.

          Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA)’S electricity distribution company  must also set up a call center  to their customers untill the date of 31.12.2012.Sami KOVANCI said “7 days and 24 hours of service that  our customers are also within the call center by setting up the service management center at the same time fulfilled the legal obligation”.

      Sami KOVANCI continued to his sentences”loss and theft of electricity cast to rate of 6.92%   and reading rate of %98 ,the collection rate to 100% in Tukey and the workd that emphasizes the call center industry by providing information.

      Bringing together  companies and  their  customers of call centers  that has become future in business.Approximately 45 thousand people are employed in this sector in the  world and  figure has reached 11 million,said by  AYEDAŞ  general manager Sami KOVANCI.

      Delivering a speech at the ceremony ,Deputy General Manager Ömer Sami YAPICI said “located within the electricity distribution companies located between TEDAŞ and AYEDAŞ always “firsts” and service management center has managed to open a policy has taken its signature”.

      AYEDAŞ’s enjoyment of the technical infrastructure and staff profile as the technology is available that tells Sami Ömer YAPICI ,Electricity distribution ındustry would be free when the competition with an emphasis on marketing  AYEDAŞ’s services management centre has taken an important step by opening its customers to provide quality service. 

      After the speeches,participants all together looked AYEDAŞ’s  mobile team tools.Mobile Team personel officers said that “services would be taken to customers  home and made the transactions will take place very quickly.”

      Then ,cut the ribbon and opening the service management center.Call center Management center and participants the caremony toured the ceremony ended with the authourities to receive information.
